Yoga?

Any people out there into yoga? I wasn't before but there's this awesome yoga class at the fitness once a week that I really have come to love. Very relaxing.

how do you know the different positions or whatever it is you have to do? does the teacher explalin or what?

I'm much interested with yoga. I've learned a few exercises but I do wana learn more. as far as I've heard, it's a very good thing to keep our body in shape and keep our mind stressless.

she's real good at explaining what to do and i already know a lot of the yoga poses she does from the past, if i don't understand, i'm usually closer to the front so she can tell me to correct myself. some poses she tells everyone to close their eyes so she'll tell a lot of people to correct themselves if they are doing it wrong. A lot of videos are used and sometimes diagrams which kinda piss me off, but she always says what the pose is called and usually i remember how to do them from before.

and i have a friend in there who'll tell me what to do to, but sometimes she even gets confused with some of the poses

I work with a yoga instructor he explains the pose to me first then he walks me threw it again by having me do it and then if I still don't understand what I am trying to get my body to do he gets in to the pose and I am feeling what he is doing so I can get a better idea and I have found that to work. hope this helps.
